This Just In...

From the extreme weather desk...

It's 9:45 in the morning and the temperature has dropped from 10F. to 9F. with a wind chill of -15F. as I was writing the first line of this short update...

I think I'll head back to bed.

More on the storm later. Stay off the roads and stay inside unless you'd like a facial peel compliments of Mother Nature.

So glad I live in Arizona this time of year ...but I won't be saying that in July!...just glanced at your profile...anybody who lists The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged is someone I would like...weren't those two books something else?...I LOVED The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged was a hard read for me but good...

My teeth are chattering just reading it... I'm not surprised you want to head back to bed with your electric blanket and your pets. Take a good book with you!

Howdy Helen
Amen to staying indoors and off the icy roads.
We even had another round as far south as Central Texas in the overnight early morning :(
We still have snow flurries .Nothing serious just too darn cold to do anything outside.
Where forth art thou Spring ?
Blessings of joy and warmth to you and your sweet fur babies .
Hugs from Texas
Until Next time

Hope you survived the cold. We had a brutal week too. Cold and snow! But from now on it will slowly start to warm up a bit. Our day time temps will go above freezing for the first time this year.

We do not experience such weather like yours here in the Philippines, I'm quite glad of it. Take care always & wear the appropriate clothes. Thanks!
