Just Another Snippet...

Before the Games get started for today.

Is it just my imagination or are all the competitors, especially those on the slopes, all handsome or beautiful and have great teeth and beautiful complexion?

Or is my eyesight going south just like the rest of me? If they are all purty I may have to rethink my feelings about living in a world with snow and ice 6 months a year.

Does anyone else find it odd... The first time the temperature gets to 60 degrees F. in the spring how it feels like short sleeve weather but the first time after a hot summer when it gets to 60 degrees F. you start looking for a jacket?

This is one of those ads that make me go, "Hmmmm..."

I wonder how the employees of this company collected the tapeworms...

I wonder about the process involved to 'sanitize' them.

I wonder if you had to ingest the worms while they were wriggling around in your mouth without chewing to get them on their way to their final destination.

I wonder how long this company stayed in business. This was, after all, in the pre-litiginous era. I would have thought that it wasn't a huge monetary settlement that drove them out of business.

But, most of all, I guess I wonder what sort of mind would have thought this up in the first place...

Just one of those things I think about when I run across something like this.

Can anyone explain to me how a person's body can manufacture so much snot. Not a pleasant subject, but it is one that I've never figured out. I guess that's why they say to drink lots of fluids. So your body doesn't dehydrate itself. All I know is I'm tired of this shit. Or I guess I should say snot. It's one in the same isn't it...

A Snippet Question...

At what age, or what point in time, do beauty marks become skin tags? Just wondering if anyone could give me an answer to that question.... It seems I've got skin tags popping out all over. Is the body heat from hot flashes causative? Are there little flaws in your skin that are weaker and just decide to pop up and say "Hi"?

Every now and then I have these, oh I don't know what to call 'em, flights of fancy, out of my mind experiences, enlightened ideas, brain explosions or brilliant deductions.... Normally, these realizations come to me in one sentence or sometimes two sentences... so I decided to call them snippets and will post them here as they come to me. Here's the first snippet:
