It's A Beautiful Day...

In our neighborhood. Despite bad storms north and south of us, we made the night just fine. We had some small hail, just for a few minutes, and some pretty good rain. It's sunshiny and cool out this morning. I haven't ventured out yet because I'm pretty achy from the storm front, but I'll get to moving around because I have stuff to do. But I'm not doing anything willingly, just 'cause I have to... I'll be better tomorrow.

Thought I'd better post just in case you were wondering.

Helen,

  1. Yes, as a matter of fact I had started wondering, glad to hear it wasn't too bad. I do not care for the bad storms. We have been hit several times by lightening. Let me tell you it does hit the same place twice. I have lost 3 tv and my folks I think aroun 4. Yes, we have tried everything! We just uplug now if we are able to catch the bad weather before the streak comes across the blue sky.

  6. Ricky was reading the paper yesterday and he said, "Hey, there have been tornadoes in the state your blog friend lives in, is she alright?" I smiled to myself because I know I chat to him about my online friends....but I didn't realise how much! He remembered you.... I told him I knew you must be OK because I had only just received an email from you.
